Self, trumps all.

Many say, when we care too much about ourselves, we are selfish. But, if we don't care for ourselves, we can easily lose our peace and stability. In reality, self-care might actually be the hardest thing to accomplish.

I say, if we don't care for ourselves first, we can never truly care for someone in the most fruitful way. If we don't love ourselves first, we won't love others in the most constructive and impactful way. If we don't analyze and try to understand ourselves, we can never analyze and understand any in the most righteous way.

It starts with self.

Without self-care, knowledge, peace, and efficiency, we limit ourselves of our true potential and the potentiality of building a lasting relationship among others.
