The Heart and Soul

The heart

The heart jumps when we are frightened,

it burns when it's enraged, and passionate

it then settles when we go back to a state of equilibrium

The heart is ignited by impulse, it acts like the fight or flight reaction

Should we follow our hearts?

or do we wait until the dust settles, then go forth

The heart does what it does in the moment

it's fleeting

The soul

The soul sees and feel from inside out

it ignites from head to toe

it knows and it senses our deepest and purest emotions.

The soul grows, and it nourishes.

and it is knocking at your heart to enter in, so it can fully carry out what's within.
